Join us for a (virtual) day of Silent Retreat that integrates performance and renewal in a supportive training environment.
Silence provides a unique opportunity to practice with fewer distractions. During the retreat our instructors will guide a variety of movement and stillness meditation practices, while you spend a day in silence, away from your typical rhythms of daily life. At the end of the day you will have an opportunity to reflect on the experience and transition back into conversation with a fellow participant.
The Silent Retreat is designed to support you to continue to deepen your practice, and to renew motivation and momentum. This advanced training program is for meditators who have participated in our mPEAK or MBSR course (or equivalent experience).
Saturday November 12th @ 9:00Am–3:00pm MST
*Please note this course is scheduled toward those in Mountain Time Zone, however, the course is open to participants from all time zones.
Minimum of 8 participants necessary for course to run. If minimum registration is not met, you will be refunded in full.
