Meditation is similar to the word “sport” in that it describes a variety of exercises with different training outcomes. You are invited to explore these guided meditations with the recognition that you are the expert of your own experience, and that you may need to make modifications based on your current individual circumstance.

Similar to physical exercise, meditation is best explored with a foundational understanding from working with a knowledgeable trainer or coach. If you are unsure about whether it is the right time to begin a mindfulness meditation practice, or are interested in 1-1 coaching or a group MBSR or mPEAK course, we’re here to support.
