Mindfulness meditation is a trainable primer for flow – allowing flow to also be accessible in daily life. 3-day intensive followed by 4 weeks of virtual integration sessions.
This online mindfulness course is highly experiential and will require your full participation. You can expect a dynamic learning environment with everything you would expect at our in-person courses!
Minimum of 8 participants necessary for course to run. If minimum registration is not met, you will be refunded in full.
